Cameron Bergt earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta in 2022. He became a CFA charterholder in 2025. He is a licensed Mortgage Associate and Lending and Investment Specialist with Union Lending Corporation, and a licensed Dealing Representative in Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan through Union Wealth Management Corporation.

As a licensed Mortgage Associate, Cameron has the training and government certification with the Real Estate Council of Alberta to deal in mortgages in Alberta.  As a licensed Dealing Representative, Cameron has the training, certification and experience to engage with investors to help them determine the appropriateness of investing in exempt products, present investment offerings, provide investment advice, employ business development activities to attract new investors, and maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of offerings to provide the best advice for prospective investors.  As a Lending and Investment Specialist, Cameron reviews gathers and collects information about lending deals from borrowers, brokers, appraisers, real estate agents, and other third-party sources, synthesizes the information, and presents the deals at Union’s lending committee meetings.
