Fox Hawreluk obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta following which he worked as a consultant for Ernst & Young. Fox is a licensed Mortgage Associate with Union Lending Corporation, a licensed Dealing Representative in Alberta, BC, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan with Rethink & Diversify Securities Inc., and a Lending and Investment Specialist with Union Financial.

As a licensed Mortgage Associate, Fox has the training and certification with the Real Estate Council of Alberta to deal in mortgages in Alberta. As a licensed Dealing Representative, Fox has the training, certification, and experience to engage with investors to help them determine the appropriateness of investing in exempt products,  employ business development activities to attract new investors and maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of offerings to present investment offerings to prospective investors. As a Lending and Investment Specialist, Fox reviews gathers and collects information about lending deals from borrowers, brokers, appraisers, real estate agents, and other third-party sources, synthesizes the information, and presents the deals at Union Lending Corporation’s lending committee meetings.
