Jon obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Alberta, a law degree from the University of Calgary, and is working towards completing his Chartered Investment Manager Designation.

Jon’s professional career began with a leading national law firm. Shortly thereafter, Jon followed his entrepreneurial passions in the field of real estate development and construction. Following several successful business ventures, including a hospitality business, Jon returned to private practice with a premier international law firm. Over the following six years, he developed a broad understanding of contract negotiation and drafting, commercial financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance. Jon works closely with Michael as a portfolio management analyst.
